Burt, Ernie, and Jobeth!

I adopted two male rats from Melissa at Pixies World Rattery, their names are Burt and Ernie. I couldn't be happier about the experience I had at Pixies. Melissa answered every single question (and there were a lot of them) I had before the adoption and after. She loves her rats and it shows. When I walked in the rattery to pick up my boys, I couldn't believe that a rattery could actually smell good, haha. The rattery was immaculate and the rats couldn't of had any better care, they were a delight. The love, care and time that Pixies put into their rats is amazing. If you want a well socialized, healthy, happy, wonderful rattie the only place to go is Pixie's! Melissa's vast knowledge of rats is enlightening and she was so helpul. Burt and Ernie came to me sweet, loving, happy and healthy. They are endearing and amazing boys that I am so grateful to Pixie's for. They are the perfect addition to the family!

Megan, Ben, Jerry, & Jerzey

I adopted Ben, Jerry, and Jerzey from Pixie's World and I couldn't be happier with my decision. All three are friendly and loving. Jerzey is a lazy sweetheart and will come running to the door for treats. Ben is also very grabby and loves his treats while Jerry is a little more on the shy side, but he too is very sweet. They really did a good job at raising happy healthy rats. All my questions were answered right away and Melissa was very helpful with everything. Still to this day she helps me when I have a problem or just simple questions. So I would definitely recommend Pixie's World Rattery to anyone looking for well socialized and healthy animals.

Id like to thank Melissa of Pixies World for my two new pet rats. They have been wonderful additions to our family. I think some people have reservations about rats as pets but Ziggy and Pinky have won the hearts of all here who has gotten a chance to play with them. After I got Ziggy and Pinky home I had a question and emailed Melissa. She got back to me right away and the problem was solved. Ive had Ziggy and Pinky for about 3 weeks now and they are just great! Easy to care for and very friendly. I would recommend Pixies World to anyone! Thanks again Melissa

Above we have Jessi, Kira and Kamon Smith of Bloomington, Il. They just adopted Isis, Sequoia and Brook. Everyone loves their new rattie friends. All 3 children will be showing them at the Fair for 4H in August of 2005.

Pilar's Story

When I met Melissa we were both adopting rats from out of state. Melissa was a big help to me. When ever I needed help she never put me off. As time went by we became friends and I trusted her ability to raise animals. I drove to her home and saw how she kept her animals. I was glad to see she cared for her animals. Everything was clean. All animals had room to play. Food and water was on hand. She had no problem showing me around. I have adopted from her a few rats. They are healthy and playful. Since adopting the rats I have adopted a Guinea Pig. My family and I will adopt from Pixie's World Rattery when we are looking for a new family member.

Stephanie's Story

When I met Melissa it was actually over a freecycle ad. I run my own daycare and she was offering some toys that the little ones I care for would really like to have. I sent her a letter in appreciation for the toys and we got into talking about her Rattery. I used to raise Hampsters for along time. My children love these little critters so I told her I wanted to adopt 2 of them and we are adopting 3 more in March. These little girls are very playful and healthy well trained. They don’t bite. I have never raised rats before so Melissa was a great help on teaching me the things I needed to know about raising rats. They are a lot different then raising hampsters. I have seen how all these little critters are cared for and I know they are all well housed, fed, and vet care. I recommend Pixie's World to all those that want to adopt these little critters.. They all need homes. My family and I will look to Pixie's World to adopt again if ever we are in need of new family members.

Mike's Story

I recently adopted three wonderful girls from Pixie's World. They are tame, healthy, and such great companions. They had a great way of going about the adoption process with me. They explained in detail all the supplies I needed, what to feed them, and all the basics of caring for rats. They even gave me a recommended vet and all 3 rats came with pedigree's and a health certificate. I had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to adopt a new pet!

Bella & James' Story

We have adopted from Pixie's World several times in the past, each being a unique and wonderful experience. James, my husband, loves the ratties we adopted from them. All 3 are boys, and all each have their very own personallity. They came to us very healthy and happy. Our favorite part was that they were litter trained! Thanks!
